    Default DUI in ny question

I've heard so many different storys of what happens if you get a dwi or dui on a snowmobile. Does anybody know what the actual punishment is?

    they take away your birthday.

the helmet keeps all that stink in there for them to get up in your grill and get a nice big whiff too. save it till after you're done for the day.

You would think they would crack down hardcore like they do with cars. The state needs money

Your right, it has nothing to do with making the trails, roads, and waterways safer. How much of the fine money do you think actually makes it back to the arresting agency? Exactly, so there goes your theory.
