Highmarket Inn has been for sale for years. I remember For Sale signs at Highmarket Inn the last time I was there on sled and that would be two seasons ago.

I am wondering how C5 being shut down will impact business. Could actual make it better - less through traffic, more destination riders.
Despite what you read on this site, we are in the Golden Age of Snowmobiling.
Our trails are in good to excellent condition 90% + of the time.
Our clubs are, for the most part, well-run by dedicated volunteers and leadership.
Grooming is pretty consistent across the State.
Your sled is likely the most comfortable, reliable and fuel efficient snowmobile you've ever owned.

I don't think the C5 closure will decrease business anywhere except maybe otter limits and it will increase business for Florence, hideaway, and the sportsman area.
