    Default Open position at OPRHP

Does anyone think they will remove the easy button from the head desk that was installed about 10 years ago? Or will it continue to be a laidback position for the good ole boys to pad their last three years of salary to take advantage of the NYS taxpayers?

Life is good at the OPRHP. There is no reason for them to change anything.

Right. Why bother when you have your mole well embedded in NYSSA. The organization that refuses to push back.
Life pretty good at NYSSA as well. If you donít get the raise you want just threaten to go work for the other team and watch them buckle!

Was there some major accomplishment that warranted an increase in salary?

That a great question. Just idle threats and questionable associations by the party.

I probably would have fired them when they threatened to switch sides. How useful can they be to the organization if they have no loyalty to it?

Balls are required to make that move something NYSSA lacks.

Heís actually been almost worthless. Just riding the gravy train due to the fact thatís the guy the Capital Group wanted which would have been the first red flag for anyone thatís paid attention.
