    Default Pa to ny

Me and a buddy have rooms and tickets for the snocross races at the casino and have been wondering if you can get there from emporium. I have rode to roulette can find a good map of that area. I have also made it to Mt. Jewett, look like the trail kept going down the track and could possibly get to lantz corners then to Allegheny national forest. Is anyone from either of these areas that could help me out. Thanks

This map shows a couple ways to get there. For some reason it doesn't show the trails on the NY side but other maps do.

I know of people doing that . Never made it that far myself. I was wondering if it would be easier to cross over to ny above shinglehouse and ride ny trails over? There are better maps of ny and the trails are marked better. The bigger question is there enough snow to do it? Been wanting to do that the last couple years and we just donít get the snow to attempt it. I know there are people on here that have have ridden to lantzís corner from coudy maybe one of them can help you.
    Good luck! Lol

You're on the right track. If you can get to Mt. Jewett there's a trail on the lower side of the road to Lantz Corners. Pafirecat lives up in Duke Center. He knows how to get you up there.

If you're over by Coudy the Shinglehouse way is probably the way to go. It's tricky too.

I know where you are talking about in mt jewett, it seems trails are marked great up to a certain point then just stop and then the locals go from there in alot of places around here.

Mount Jewett/Lantz Corners is your best bet..run 1A up to the stateline, once you cross into ny it turns into C1. follow this up thru the park to the Red house area. from there take S15A straight to the casino..easy ...shinglehouse way is to much work, confusing and not marked well.
