Police in the Town of Webb said Jeffrey C. Clark, 25, of Clarence was riding his snowmobile around 9:18 p.m. on Friday, failed to negotiate a turn and hit a tree.

The DWI patrols are great IMO...now lets do the CANS at the same time. LEO's out there doing DWI patrols could very easily check for sound compliance at the same time. (IMO) It's been mentioned before that the CANS are going to ruin this sport and I'm slowing beginning to believe they will.

All the Clubs and NYSSA should start encouraging the LEO's to enforce the CAN/sound restriction
