Here is a nice place in the summer and winter guess where

This place is profile falls, going north from franklin up thru old hill village along the flood control area I think it is 11 north, the lookout is at the northern end of the trail just past the summertime parking lot on the left, a short walk to the edge. The new sled maker Premier will be at the SNHSS snow show at the ROCK Oct 30th thru the weekend I like the look of the front end. It looks like a great starter sled, my niece is in need of a ride.

This should be an easy one it is a well traveled trail, oh what a day it was, very cold, bright sun, the trail was flat and fast, as you can see we are going up hill, I stepped off the trail and went up to my armpits the snow was so deep.

well no one got this one yet, come by the snow slickers booth at the Rock during the snow show Oct. 30,31 and Nov. 1st and I will tell you where, and how to get to this place.

The snow show was some what of a flop this year, it was not for lack of trying just a sign of the times I think, to thoes who came to the show I would like to extend a big thank you, if you did not see the picture on the table with the explanation of were that last shot was taken, that shot is trail 19 in evans notch, the only trail you can ride in Maine with a NH regrestation.

We are getting hammered with the white stuff right now, and looking at the current wind patterns right now here in manchvegas looks like we may get a "dry slot" with not much rain I am not a weatherman just s guess after looking at the sites on the web and the time frame they spoke of seemed to be about 3 hours behind for the start of the event, that means more snow to me. The snow is heavy and wet here and will bring down a lot of limbs for sure and the trails will need some work to open up on the 15th. Now the bad news I too am out of action for a few months I had abdominal surgery two weeks ago and trail reports will be from driving the groomer when I am ready for that. I just read Diamond fell yesterday and hurt his knee, hope it is not too bad and get well soon, I will miss your reports.
