I thought Ginny was a class act and I am sure the Cleaning Lady will follow suit!

Agreed! +1 and then some

HI Cleaning Lady, That part of the post was directed to Norm... I am interested in hearing how customer service will help the cause.

I am an engineer (with a lot of customer service experience) and I know exactly how I would apply that experience to further our cause.

I am not necessarily interested in becoming NYSSA President but I also know I can further the cause from where I sit now, affiliated with a club NYSSA or not. And strangely enough my ideas would help your club a lot (in regards to the walker - trail issue) if they see the light of day.

I started to lay the groundwork for those ideas (to our lobbyists, to Parks and to the officers of NYSSA and to some of you all) at this forum and I will be following up with our lobbyists and pushing for them to probe with these ideas.

There are changes coming down the road and we need to be able to leverage every one of them that we can. We need people who know how to leverage laws to our favor. Right now I beleive we need people at the top who hold the old Teddy Roosevelt idiology of carrying a Big Stick, we need Big Stick diplomacy to deal with the people and organizations who would like to shut us down, curtail us, or hinder us in any way...
